Step 1 :
Personalized Consultation
Phone/Video Call, Email, On-Site Visit
When you reach out to us, our first priority is to understand your vision. We collaborate with you to create a custom design or theme for your mailbox base. While we proudly offer marine-grade pilings with a lifetime warranty as our standard option, we are also fully equipped to bring any custom idea you have to life. In addition to choosing your base, you have the option to enhance your mailbox with landscape features such as stones, sand, and shells, which are our most popular choices. You can also add accessories, numbers, and lighting to personalize your mailbox even further. Each installation includes up to 150lbs of concrete for added stability if you choose, and we also offer a 5-inch plaque insignia that can be placed anywhere on the final product.
Furthermore, you can choose any physical top mailbox you prefer, whether it’s a cost-effective option from Home Depot or a large custom design from Etsy. We are capable of installing whatever you choose, and we have a large pelican example in our gallery. We also offer several top-quality mailboxes from companies accredited with excellent metal manufacturing and of course a lifetime guarantee.
Step 2 :
Securing Safe Installation
Once you’ve made your final design decisions, we take care of the necessary legal and safety precautions by calling 811 on your behalf. In Florida, the "Sunshine Center" (811) is mandatory for homeowners and contractors to notify before digging more than a foot into any property. We handle this process for you, coordinating with the county to send a utility surveyor to your installation site. The surveyor marks any underground utility lines, ensuring we can proceed safely and effectively.
To ensure complete transparency and that we are on the same page, we send you a DocuSign outlining the detailed plan for your mailbox installation. After reviewing and signing this document, we may request a deposit if your installation entails any special orders. All our installations are built to meet Federal Postal Requirements. We are committed to keeping you informed at every stage, providing peace of mind throughout the installation process.
Step 3 :
Installation Day!
Incoming Curb Appeal Upgrade!
Here's What We Need From You:
An 8-foot radius around the installation site to operate effectively and a space to park our truck and possibly trailer depending on the magnitude of your project. Various power tools and machinery will be used on-site to deliver the final product. Additionally, to ensure the concrete is settled correctly for the installation, we will need access to a water spigot. Rest assured, we bring our own hose, so all we need is the spigot. The duration of the project will vary based on the complexity of your chosen design. Rest assured, you do not need to be on-site for the duration of the installation. As discussed in Step 2, we will keep you updated every step of the way, ensuring transparency and peace of mind throughout the process.
